HIV-Spreading Man Gets 18-Year Sentence

What does this shithead care? he gets free meds in jail.
Did his victims get credit for being infected by HIV? No! More like life deducted, shorter life. But playing the devil’s advocate, put aside he’s a selfish piece of shit, shouldn’t these women used protection? When you have sex with someone don’t take their word for it, PROTECT yourself!
It’s common sense, you don’t want STDs PROTECT yourself!
Perhaps those who don’t care about their health, life and family  that engage in nasty unprotected sex should talk to those who have it, they have to take 10 or more pills a day just for the disease not to progress into AIDS.
A Surrey, B.C., man convicted for a second time of knowingly spreading the virus that causes AIDS was sentenced Monday to 18 years in prison, with six years still to be served after he received 12 years of credit for time already spent in custody.

Adrian Nduwayo was found guilty in 2005 of aggravated assault for having unprotected sex with five women in the Vancouver area between 1997 and 2003 without telling them he is infected with the human immunodeficiency virus. Three of the women became infected with HIV.

Nduwayo, 40, successfully appealed the conviction, but remained in prison awaiting a new trial and was found guilty again last month.

Justice James Williams of the B.C. Supreme Court said Nduwayo’s crimes were inexcusably selfish and sentenced him to 18 years. “The harm inflicted on these women was by any measure atrocious,” Williams said.

Williams credited Nduwayo with 12 years for the time he has spent in custody since 2003.

The assaults took place in the Lower Mainland communities of Delta, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Langley and Surrey.
