People Magazine reports that "Shania Twain and her husband, music producer Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, are separating after 14 years of marriage. This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time." People
Twain, 42, is known for hits like "Man! I Feel Like a Woman," ‘Up," "Whose Bed Has Your Boots Been Under" and "You’re Still the One." Lange, 59, has produced AC/DC, Def Leppard, Bryan Adams and Foreigner, among others. Twain was born in Timmins, but the couple has lived a very private life in Switzerland for years. They have a six-year-old son, Eja.
The first album they collaborated on was The Woman in Me, which went on to sell more than 12 million copies.
This is really too bad. They were such an alluringly strange and reclusive entity.
